    Covarent Plumbing, a growing licensed and insured plumbing company in Dallas, TX, is seeking a highly organized, dependable Construction Office Administrator to support daily operations. This full-time, hybrid role (4 days in-office between 10 am - 2 pm & 1 day remote) covers client onboarding, payment tracking, dispatch coordination, appointment scheduling, CRM management, bookkeeping support, and new employee onboarding. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of office experience, QuickBooks proficiency, strong communication skills, and construction industry familiarity. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Pay: $15–$25/hr based on experience. Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks. Onboard clients and track payments. Maintain accurate financial records. Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally. Handle dispatch of technicians and manage personnel to handle dispatch once workflow increases. Schedule appointments and coordinate with clients and PM’s Organize and maintain digital and paper files. Assist with payroll and other accounting duties as needed. Support project managers with administrative tasks. Assist in managing website, marketing, and social media accounts. Stay on track of our CRM and coordinate with PM’s that pricing remains accurate and efficient. Responsible for new employee onboarding and coordinating with PM’s on training. Qualifications: Office experience preferred (2+ years). Previous experience in bookkeeping and office administration. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Construction industry experience is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Compensation: $15 - $25 hourly
