Benefits • Steady Schedule (Monday-Friday, 40-50 hours per week) • Health Insurance • PTO + 10 Paid Holidays • Overtime Pay • Tools, Equipment, & Apparel Provided • Transportation Provided To & From Job-Site Responsibilities: • Assist the installation crew on siding, windows, and deck replacement projects across north Alabama • Learn installation processes & gain product knowledge for increased responsibility in the future • Grow into an installer role with increased compensation Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED is required • Possess a clean driving record and valid driver’s license • Maintain good physical stamina to climb ladders and stairs, work outdoors for long periods of time • Understand some basic skills and construction methods and know how to use some construction tools and equipment • Proven track record of adhering to project schedules, being a team player, regular attendance at work, professionalism, and a strong work ethic Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
