About Us:

Koors Contracting is a Baltimore-based commercial construction company specializing in interior construction and renovation projects throughout the Baltimore and DC Metro area. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Construction Project Manager to join our team and lead projects from start to finish with precision, professionalism, and excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in project planning, including scope review, schedule development, and subcontractor selection.

Help manage subcontractor agreements, ensuring contract compliance, scope alignment, and proper documentation.

Track RFIs, submittals, and project documentation, ensuring timely responses and approvals.

Support change management, including logging and tracking change orders, gathering backup documentation, and assisting in negotiations.

Assist in tracking project schedules and coordinating updates with the field team.

Monitor procurement and delivery schedules to prevent project delays.

Participate in jobsite meetings, take meeting minutes, and track action items.

Support financial tracking by assisting with cost reporting, invoice approvals, and budget reconciliation.

Help ensure safety compliance by supporting site audits and tracking necessary documentation.

Assist in project closeout by ensuring all warranties, as-builts, and final documentation are completed.

Required Qualifications:

1–3 years of construction experience, including time as a Project Engineer or in a similar role.

Strong proficiency in construction management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Understanding of contract documents, project schedules, and financial tracking.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to anticipate project challenges and assist in proactive solutions.
