    Equipment & Logistics Coordination

    • Act as the point of reference for all incoming gear and materials

    • Verify deliveries against purchase orders and project schedules

    • Coordinate staging, storage, and movement of equipment on site

    Schedule & Execution Support

    • Monitor daily field activities against established milestones

    • Assist in aligning contractors and site teams to prevent delays

    • Participate in coordination meetings and provide field insight

    Documentation & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate logs of equipment receipts, site activity, and issues

    • Deliver consistent daily/weekly updates to CLIENT PMs

    • Support punch-list validation and project closeout activities

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in construction, industrial operations, power systems, or field project coordination

    • Experience managing equipment logistics or material control

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • High attention to detail with the ability to work independently

    • Comfortable working in active industrial or construction environments
