Responsibilities: • Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions • Get the appropriate legal documents ready for clients, such as briefs, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence • Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings • Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients’ needs after analysis • Work closely with and provide leadership to the administrative staff concerning client billing, client meetings, and invoicing, as well as finalizing client projects Qualifications: • Prior experience in business litigation for a minimum of 5 years is required • Required California Bar License • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Compensation: $160,000 - $175,000
