    Title: Construction Bid Coordinator (Fort Lauderdale, FL)

    DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

    • Experience in the providing support for the Estimating and Sales department
    • Ability to read drawings and blue prints
    • Bluebeam experience a plus
    • Experience logging and tracking requests for bids
    • Experience with curtain-wall, window-wall, and store front is a plus
    • Strong communicator with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate effectively.
    • Proactive, self-motivated self-starter.
    • Eager to learn, improve, and develop new skills

    YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

    • Respond to customer phone and email inquiries promptly and provide administrative support to Estimating and Sales teams.
    • Log, track, and manage bid requests (ITBs), documents, drawings, and bid deadlines.
    • Assist estimators with material takeoffs, scope review, vendor quotes, and bid preparation.
    • Maintain accurate bid data, reports, and coordinate extensions when needed.
    • Support managers and estimators with hands-on tasks, ensuring safety compliance and timely attendance.
