Title: Construction Chief Financial Officer (Fort Lauderdale, FL)

DO YOU WANT

• To work side by side with the CEO of the company and as a member of the Executive Team as the expert in stewardship and financial controls for the company?

YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience covering full financial and accounting responsibilities for a Commercial General Contracting Firm, with a $50M+ annual completion volume, both private and public work
• Actively participated in the development of a company-wide succession planning strategy that transitioned ownership to employees (ESOP)
• Strong expertise in construction financials and maintaining WIP reports, bonding requirements, and contract financial reviews.
• A proven track record as a Construction Controller that grew into a CFO is a plus
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a plus, but not required
• Ability to manage a department including training and development
• A good attitude, be hands-on and excellent communicator
