WHY YOU WANT THIS OPPORTUNITY 

You’ll be estimating high-profile multi-family and commercial concrete superstructure and foundation projects, including towers reaching 70 stories, right here in South Florida. This is your opportunity to join the Southeast division of a well-established concrete construction firm with a strong reputation up and down the East Coast. You’ll work in a high-performance environment where your experience and accuracy will directly impact the success of landmark developments.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Concrete estimating experience, preferably for cast-in-place structures, post-tension and precast and tunnel form a plus
• Expertise in foundation and superstructure scope for commercial and multi-family projects
• Ability to analyze drawings and specs, perform accurate take-offs, and build complete estimates
• Familiarity with estimating software such as Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, or equivalent
• Strong communication skills for working with internal operations and external clients
• Ability to manage subcontractor relationships, bid comparisons, and cost history databases

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for concrete scopes, including formwork, rebar, and place & finish
• Attending pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client discussions as needed
• Coordinating with project managers, field teams, and executive leadership to review estimate strategy
• Identifying and mitigating risk factors in budget development
• Participating in subcontractor solicitation and bid review
• Assisting in project handoff and turnover to project management team
