    Key Responsibilities

    Customer Service

    Provide ongoing customer support and ensure a positive client experience throughout the project lifecycle

    Communicate proactively with customers, clients, and internal teams to align on scope, estimates, and project updates

    Project Coordination & Documentation

    Coordinate scheduling of work to be done, inspections, and site visits to support project progress

    Enter and maintain accurate job data in the operating system, ensuring project records are complete and current

    Support the Project Manager with project documentation and reporting, including scope confirmation, estimate distribution, Work-In-Progress reports, and PO validation

    Ensure compliance with permitting requirements and local regulations, and support project close-out with final documentation reviews

    Subcontractor & Vendor Management

    Coordinate subcontractor availability and maintain up-to-date records, licensing, and insurance

    Assist with identifying, onboarding, and managing subcontractors

    Position Requirements

    High school diploma/GED - Associate or Bachelor of Business Administration is preferred

    Ability to work in a team environment or independently on multiple projects at the same time

    A minimum of three years of administrative, project coordination, or construction coordination experience required

    Effective written and oral communication

    Intermediate math skills

    Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred

    Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications such as Microsoft Office

    Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software

    Pay starts at $20 - $23 an hour based on experience, with the possibility of overtime pay
