Job Summary This position will be working on an out-of-town jobsite constructing retaining walls. We are a leading specialty contractor seeking goal-oriented individuals for construction labor and a crew lead. We are seeking dedicated and skilled Construction Laborers to join our team. This position will require overnights at the project site location Monday through Thursday with possible Friday work. This would typically be four, 10-hour days. Transportation from our Middleburg, PA location will be provided but you must have your own transportation to the pickup point. A per diem stipend in addition to the hourly wage on the jobsite will be paid. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Construction Laborer will assist with various tasks on construction sites ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. Duties

Assist in concrete block wall construction

Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites

Collaborate with team members to execute hardscape projects

Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience

Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not necessary. We will train you.
