Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Pavement Crew Member to join our asphalt and pavement marking team. This role includes line striping, layout work, surface preparation, and general pavement maintenance on parking lots, roadways, and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, works well outdoors, and is comfortable operating tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform pavement striping and layout for parking lots, roadways, and commercial sites • Operate striping machines and related equipment • Measure, mark, and snap lines according to site plans and specifications • Apply traffic paint, thermoplastic, and other pavement markings • Install parking lot stencils, symbols, and directional markings • Assist with crack sealing, sealcoating, and asphalt patching • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, blowing, or pressure washing before application • Set up traffic control devices, cones, and safety barriers • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment • Perform basic equipment maintenance and cleaning • Follow OSHA safety procedures and company safety standards • Work collaboratively with crew members to meet production schedules

Required Qualifications

• Experience in pavement striping, asphalt, or construction preferred • Ability to read measurements and follow layout plans • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions • Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record • Reliable transportation • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
