Responsibilities: • Complete EIFS repairs, bathroom partition installations, and painting tasks. • Communicate with the team and follow safety protocols. • Ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet quality standards. • Install and repair commercial doors, tile, drywall, and electrical systems. • Perform plumbing work, welding, and concrete restoration. Qualifications: • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently. • Must have a smartphone for job-related communication. • Proficiency in commercial sliding door installation and masonry work. • Ability to travel between project sites. • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation: $17 - $24 hourly
