Job Description: Manage the day-to-day operations of the reconstruction team. Ensure the reconstruction team is delivering the highest quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers. implement company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Conduct weekly audits of ongoing projects.

Assist in locating subcontractors, negotiate vendor pricing.

Set and maintain sales goals for department.

Manage a department team of Project Managers , coordinators, estimators, and assistant PM's

Conduct monthly performance reviews with all Project Managers, estimators and coordinators.

Conduct file reviews to insure timelines, profit goals and customer expectations are met.

Quality control and issue resolutions with customers

Insure TPA timelines are being met

Qualifications:

Superb customer service track record

3-5 years experience in Restoration construction industry preferred

Experience in running a midsize construction division.

Effective written and oral communication

Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.

High school diploma/GED

Proven ability to manage multiple teams.

Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record

Must me able to pass a background investigation to company standards (including but not limited to No felonies, misdemeanors including assault, theft, or embezzlement)

Compensation:

. Based on experience and skills in restoration reconstruction . Bonus and commission based on performance . Company Vehicle or monthly allowance with gas card . Competitive benefits package
