We’re looking for a true sales leader and closer to take ownership of our pipeline, convert opportunities into signed contracts, and elevate our entire sales operation.
This Role Is For You If…
You’ve closed $5M+ annually in construction sales
You’re confident talking about budget, scope, and expectations early
You know how to lead clients, not chase them
You take ownership when deals stall, and fix them
You want to build something, not just inherit it
What You’ll Do
This is a player-coach role; you’ll lead and close.
Personally close high-value projects ($400K–$2M+)
Own the pipeline from qualified lead → signed contract
Run high-level discovery meetings with discerning homeowners
Set and control expectations around budget and scope
Build urgency and maintain consistent follow-up
Improve close rates and increase average project size
Lead and develop the sales team and systems
Partner with marketing, operations, and production to ensure alignment
Refine scripts, proposals, and sales systems
What Success Looks Like
Consistent contracts signed month-over-month
A structured, predictable, and scalable sales process
Strong pipeline visibility and ownership
Higher close rates and larger project sizes
Clients feel confident, guided, and taken care of

Passive follow-up or “just checking in” emails
Avoiding hard conversations about budget
Waiting for perfect information before moving forward
Blaming leads, marketing, or pricing
Selling low just to win jobs
Compensation
Base Salary: $110K–$150K
Commission: ~1–2% of closed revenue
Performance Bonuses: Based on revenue + margin targets
On-Target Earnings: $200K–$300K+
