    The Construction Division Manager is responsible for the estimating, oversight and management of the project cycle for reconstruction projects by providing direction and coordination of all field activities related to the installation teams and any coordinated subcontracts; managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle; and securing any unique materials, permits and/or equipment required to complete the project. This person will also handle branch management responsibilities.

    Construction Division Manager Responsibilities:

    • Develop annual plans and budgets, and assign quarterly objectives for accountability
    • Define, revise, and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency
    • Analyze Key Performance Metrics (KPM's)
    • Manage Procurement and Resource allocation
    • Ensure high-quality construction work that adheres to all safety policies and procedures
    • Manage all construction activities for successful project roll-out
    • Perform progress and post-construction walk-throughs.
    • Assume primary responsibility for profit/loss on assigned projects
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ordering of materials, budgeting, and margins
    • Manage their teams -Superintendent, Team Coordinator
    • Work closely with subcontractors and ensure all contractors' work meets industry standards.
    • Assess, analyze, manage, and mitigate risks
    • Build and maintain relationships with Clients, Customers, Directors and Team members
    • Manage the recruiting, training, career path development, and guidance of construction team, with HR assistance
    • Required to hire, train and manage in-house carpenters
    • Identify, recruit and manage qualified subcontractors
    • Maintain high degree of confidentiality

    Construction Division Manager Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other Construction-related field preferred
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Construction-Related field require
    • Construction management experience, preferably in the residential restoration industry knowledge of insurance claim procedures, standards and guidelines
    • Exceptional skills in communication, organization, teamwork, accuracy, attention to detail, time management, conflict resolution, cost management
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ability to maintain budgets in a timely fashion
    • Ability to manage project plans and construction activity
    • Knowledge of materials, budgeting, and margins
    • Ability to utilize the latest server and cloud-based computer technology including: Xactimate estimating software, Microsoft Office, PSA project management/accounting software and document management software
    • Ability to manage their teams - Superintendent, Team Coordinator
    • Desire to consistently strive to implement and maintain strong understanding of construction operations and procedures
