Adam Search Group has a great opportunity for a Construction Engineer in the Cleveland, Ohio area with a highly respected civil engineering firm. If you have 1–2+ years of experience in construction engineering and want to grow in a supportive environment with no utilization goals, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What You’ll Do:

• Support construction management, inspection, and project administration

• Serve as Resident Engineer or Project Inspector

• Track daily site activity, materials, and contractor performance

• Coordinate testing, budgets, and contractor payments

• Attend project meetings and communicate with internal teams

• Review shop drawings, pay requests, and change orders

• Help with design and drafting (bridge, site, roadway, traffic)

• Maintain safety certifications and agency pre-qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

• Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering Tech (ABET-accredited)

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MicroStation, AASHTOWare, Primavera P6, GoFormz

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
