Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of construction equipment • Diagnose mechanical issues using testing equipment and diagnostic tools • Assist in the onboarding of incoming machinery and equipment as needed • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies • Collaborate with the Service Manager and Senior-level mechanics to best solve mechanical issues Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in construction equipment maintenance and repair preferred • Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues • Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems in construction equipment • Experience working with heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, haul trucks, aerial equipment, etc. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols Compensation: $65,000 - $110,000 yearly
