Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Compensation: Flat rate per project (per estimate completed) Overview MUST BE LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES - INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED We are seeking an experienced Commercial Painting Estimator to support our growing pipeline of commercial painting projects. This role is ideal for a self-directed professional who is highly skilled in commercial estimating, comfortable working independently, and able to deliver accurate takeoffs and inputs on tight timelines. You will be responsible for extracting all required estimating inputs for commercial painting projects using your own estimating software. This is a project-based, flat-rate engagement with consistent work available. Given our volume of inquiries, we need help pulling inputs for commercial and industrial painting projects. Engagement Details • Flat-rate compensation per project, where inputs are extracted • No employee benefits; contractor is responsible for all taxes and insurance • Flexible workload based on availability and project volume Responsibilities: • Review commercial project plans, specifications, and bid documents • Perform detailed takeoffs and extract all required estimating inputs • Utilize your own construction estimating software (BlueBeam, etc.) to prepare accurate quantities and data • Deliver completed inputs within 48 hours per project • Communicate clearly if scope questions or clarifications are needed • Maintain strict confidentiality of all project and company information Qualifications: Requirements • Extensive prior experience in commercial estimating (required) • Access to and proficiency with construction estimating software • Ability to work independently with minimal direction • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Reliable turnaround time of 48 hours per project • Willingness to sign a Confidentiality Agreement and Non-Solicit Agreement • Must be located in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S. • Reliable internet access, computer skills, and professional communication skills Compensation: $100 - $150 hourly
