Concraft is currently searching for a Construction Estimator to join our Team. Our Estimator is responsible for estimating and selling reconstruction services in the fire and water restoration industry. Someone who has great communication skills and a passion for delivering at the highest levels of quality. This is a salary-plus-commission position. The salary will be determined based on the amount of previous experience and knowledge of the industry. Responsibilities: • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. • Have a working knowledge of applicable building codes. • Strong computer skills are a must. • 2 plus years of experience in Construction and/or Restoration estimating. • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. • Provide superior customer-client experience. • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. • Ability to negotiate subcontractor's pricing/cost. • Must be able to be on-call after hours for emergency calls on a rotational basis. • Experience with Xactimate and DASH. Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 yearly + commission
