Construction Estimator - Construction - Base Salary to 150k/year - Sterling, CT

• Our client is a specialized design/build company focused on engineered retaining walls and commercial hardscapes. Their services cover the full project lifecycle, including design, engineering, and installation.

Responsibilities:

• Critical-path role responsible for winning profitable work. This person will be responsible for analyzing project plans (especially from various Departments of Transportation), performing geotechnical and material takeoffs, and preparing complex, accurate bids.

Qualifications:

• Perform value engineering, identify design flaws, or contribute to the "design/build" aspect of their service.
  
• DOT Experience a plus
  
• Understand the specific regulations, materials, and processes required for public infrastructure project.

Compensation:

• Base salary to 150k/year
