DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

• Proven experience in construction estimating within a general contracting or design-build setting
• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering plans
• Familiarity with formal estimating software and tools
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• A commitment to accuracy and meeting tight deadlines
