We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Purchasing Agent to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimate construction costs and create scopes of work for multi-family residential buildings

Evaluate vendor quotes and negotiate pricing and terms

Track and manage purchase orders, delivery timelines, and invoices.

Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and site supervisors to align procurement with project timelines.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in purchasing, preferably in the construction industry.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
