    Total Compensation: Beyond the Base Salary

    What You’ll Do

    Precision Estimating: Prepare detailed estimates for residential and commercial projects.

    Multi-State Impact: Contribute to projects across our 10-state service area.

    Field Exploration: Perform periodic site inspections. While primarily office-based, this role includes the potential for travel to support our projects across different regions.

    Collaborative Planning: Work with project managers and clients to define scopes and establish timelines.

    Requirements

    Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven construction estimating experience.

    Versatility: Comfortable estimating for residential projects, commercial builds, and multi-family repairs.

    Travel-Ready: Willingness to travel periodically for site inspections across our multi-state territory.

    Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with estimating software and CRM systems.

    Licensing: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    Preferred Skills

    Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and terminology.

    Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

    Relevant education or certifications in construction management or estimating is advantageous.
