    Spartan Emergency Water Removal is looking to add 2-3 individuals to our reconstruction estimating team to assist in preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates, conduct site visits to gather site relevant information, and review and interpret contract documents to identify scope of work, materials, subcontractor and labor requirements. As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for securing jobs by providing estimates and outstanding customer service, create work orders for subcontractors, and work closely with insurance companies, adjusters, and homeowners to come to an agreement on scope of work and price.

Spartan Emergency Water Removal is a USMC Disabled Veteran founded and operated company specializing in water, fire, mold, storm, asbestos and lead, and reconstruction services. We proudly serve the commercial and residential clients of Northern Virginia, Fredericksburg, Richmond, and surrounding areas.

    Responsibilities

    · Use Xactimate software to estimate residential water, fire, wind, and mold damage for reconstruction.

    · Achieve a contract closing ratio of 60% or higher.

    · Market to outside clients and recruit subcontractors.

    · Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine specific project requirements.

    · Communicate and document any change orders and insurance supplements.

    · Document detailed notes.

    · Use estimating software to scope residential water, fire, wind, and mold damage for reconstruction.

    Qualifications

    · Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

    · Minimum of 1 year estimating experience in the restoration industry

    · Proficient with Xactimate

    · Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships

    · Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
