Your daily work schedule will include reporting to and working in unison with the Sr. Project Manager, Onsite jobsite trade coordination, jobsite maintenance, quality and safety control. If this sounds like a job you'd love, please apply today! • Work in accordance with all safety guidelines on the job site and immediately report any incidents or violations of work rules to the supervisor. • Ensure and enforce job site maintenance as needed to maintain our job site cleanliness expectations. • Facilitate material pick up and/or returns when required, receive on-site material deliveries. • Effective oral and written communication skills with the project team, trade partners, and inspectors • Established hands-on skills are crucial to this position as it relates to basic repairs and/or project punch out. • Moderate computer and organizational skills. • Reliable transportation, preferably a pickup truck, is expected. Responsibilities: • Develop your construction skills and technique by helping the construction manager, contractors, project engineers, and builders with all aspects of the job and the daily procedures of the project so it’s completed quickly • Keep detailed records of job changes and a daily log of job site occurrences to assist with documentation for the project manager • Support the project manager and lead team in the forward planning process to ensure the building will be well-maintained in the future Qualifications: • Proven track record of adhering to project schedules, being a team player, regular attendance at work, professionalism, and a strong work ethic • Basic skills construction knowledge (how to use construction equipment and tools) is needed • Possess a clean driving record and valid driver’s license • Able to work outdoors for long periods of time, and be able to climb ladders and stairs • High school diploma or GED is required Compensation: $50,000
