Position Overview Trinity Services is seeking a Construction Field Superintendent to oversee and drive execution across our construction job sites. This role is responsible for managing daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors and in-house carpenters, and ensuring jobs are completed on time, on scope, and with high-quality standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, holds teams accountable, and takes ownership of getting jobs across the finish line.

Key Responsibilities

Field Oversight & Job Execution

• Visit active job sites daily to monitor progress and enforce timelines
• Ensure all work is being completed according to scope, schedule, and company standards
• Identify and resolve issues in real time to keep jobs moving forward

Subcontractor Management

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors across multiple jobs
• Ensure crews are showing up on time and performing quality work
• Hold subcontractors accountable to deadlines and expectations

In-House Carpenter Coordination

• Direct daily activities and priorities for in-house carpenters

• Ensure crews are properly assigned and working efficiently

• Maintain high standards for workmanship and productivity

Scheduling & Production Flow

• Coordinate job schedules, sequencing, and material readiness
• Keep projects moving forward without delays or downtime
• Communicate daily job status updates to Project Managers

Quality Control

• Inspect work throughout each phase to ensure quality standards are met
• Address issues before final walkthroughs or customer concerns arise
• Manage punch lists and ensure jobs are completed cleanly

Documentation & Communication

• Ensure job site photos and progress updates are documented consistently
• Maintain clear communication with Project Managers regarding job status
• Provide daily updates on job progress, delays, or issues

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, or similar field leadership role
• Strong knowledge of residential construction processes and sequencing
• Experience managing subcontractors and/or crews
• Ability to manage multiple jobs at once and prioritize effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in the field
• Organized, accountable, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 – $70,000 salary (based on experience)
• Performance-based bonuses
• Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable)
