Valcore Construction is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Construction Field Technician to join our growing team. This is not a sales position. There is no door knocking, no cold calling, and no commission pressure. Instead, you'll spend your days inspecting homes, documenting project conditions, delivering materials, utilizing technology, and helping keep projects running smoothly throughout Northern Colorado. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, solving problems, and taking pride in doing quality work, you'll fit right in. No two days are exactly the same. One day you may be flying a drone to document a roof, the next you're delivering materials, updating project software, or assisting with field operations. We're looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and takes ownership of their work. This position starts part-time with the expectation of growing into a full-time role for the right person. A company vehicle is provided during the workday, and training is available for candidates with the right attitude and work ethic.
