About the Role:

Housley Builders LLC is looking for a skilled Construction Finisher to join our growing team in Sahuarita, AZ. This is your chance to take pride in the final details that make a build truly shine — from first coat to final touch. Responsibilities:

Perform finish work including drywall finishing, trim installation, and interior detailing

Apply texture, paint, and other surface treatments to walls, ceilings, and floors

Install doors, windows, molding, baseboards, and cabinetry hardware

Inspect finished surfaces for defects and make necessary corrections before final walkthrough

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times

Follow blueprints, work orders, and supervisor instructions to meet quality standards

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in construction finishing, carpentry, or a related trade

Proficiency in finish carpentry, drywall, painting, or similar finishing techniques

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

Reliable transportation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and climbing
