Duties

Monitor construction sites and facilities through CCTV surveillance and physical patrols to detect potential fire hazards or safety violations

Conduct thorough inspections of fire sprinkler systems, alarm systems, and other fire safety equipment to ensure proper functionality and compliance with regulations

Assist in the installation, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems and sprinkler fittings to uphold safety standards

Collaborate with construction teams to review system designs and ensure fire safety measures are integrated effectively into project plans

Perform regular construction inspections to identify hazards related to fire safety and recommend corrective actions

Support the sale of fire alarm systems and related security solutions by providing expert advice and demonstrating product features to clients

Respond promptly to emergency alarms or incidents, coordinating with local emergency responders when necessary

Experience

Prior experience in security or system design related to fire safety is highly desirable

Knowledge of construction inspection procedures and best practices for fire prevention

Certification or hands-on experience in fire sprinkler fitting, fire alarm installation, or alarm system sales is a plus

Familiarity with construction processes and safety regulations applicable to building sites

Strong attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
