CFS IS HIRING A HVAC SHEET METAL ESTIMATOR

We are looking for an experienced HVAC sheet metal estimator to accurately formulate a bid that includes labor, materials, equipment, sub-contractors & all functions pertaining to a specific project. Must be able to read and understand the scope, specifications, and technical drawings. Required to have strong communication skills and work ethic, and to be a team player.

Additional duties:

COMMUNICATE with customers, engineers, and owners. 

SEEK OUT OPPORTUNITIES  that are in our organizations best interest

NEGOTIATE favorable purchase orders

Estimator may be required to rework budgets & proposals to reflect value engineering options for the client. Will be expected to review successful bids with department heads & project managers to fully communicate scope and requirements. 

MUST BE OSHA 10 CERTIFIED
