About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Construction Foreman with a valid CDL license to lead field operations on restoration projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sod restoration, a strong background in construction, and the ability to manage crews effectively. Telecommunications experience is preferred, and landscaping experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily job site activities and crew performance
• Operate CDL-class vehicles to transport materials and equipment
• Oversee sod restoration and ensure high-quality site finishes
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to meet deadlines
• Maintain accurate records of work progress and site conditions
• Provide hands-on support and problem-solving in the field

Required Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Demonstrated expertise in sod restoration
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• OSHA certification preferred

Preferred Experience

• Telecommunications infrastructure (fiber optics, cabling, utility work)
• Landscaping or grounds restoration
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary crews
