    About You

    • You have solid hands-on experience in hardscape and/or construction installation and take pride in bringing design plans to life with precision
    • You are most happy when working outdoors, working hard and feel satisfaction when the job is well done
    • You have refined skills in installing pavers, concrete, outdoor kitchens and/or lighting
    • You work efficiently leading small crews while maintaining the highest standards of quality
    • You're focused and professional, maintaining a drama-free work environment
    • You have excellent attention to detail and can read and execute project plans accurately
    • You're comfortable interacting with clients and can effectively answer their questions
    • You work well with project managers to ensure designs are implemented correctly
    • You understand the importance of meeting deadlines and managing time effectively
    • You're reliable and take pride in continuing our legacy of excellence in landscape installation

    Construction Foreman Experience & Requirements:

    If you have any of the below experiences, and you are ready to join our team, we want to hear from you!

    • Minimum 10 years of landscape or construction installation experience required
    • Lead and work effectively with 2–4 man crews
    • Execute complex hardscape installations
    • Experience with carpentry, framing or woodworking
    • Experience with concrete or masonry
    • Read and implement project plans accurately
    • Maintain quality standards throughout installation process
    • Communicate effectively and professionally with project managers and clients
    • Maintain a professional work environment
    • Proven expertise in grading and leveling
    • Valid driver's license required
    • Driving trucks up to one ton, with or without pulling a trailer
    • Physical ability to perform demanding installation work
    • Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
    • Must be able to pass background and drug test
