    Gibian LLC is looking for an experienced Traveling General Contractor to oversee commercial construction projects across the East Coast. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on-site, leading crews, and seeing projects through from start to finish. This role calls for a hands-on leader who excels in fast-paced environments and is committed to delivering high-quality work. You must be willing to travel to project sites along the East Coast, with employer-paid lodging provided for commutes exceeding 1.5 hours. Projects in occupied facilities may require work during the second or third shifts. Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $90,000–$100,000 • 401(k) with 4% employer match (after 1 year) • Paid Time Off • Mileage reimbursement • Per diem for meals • Employer-paid lodging during travel Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day jobsite operations from start to closeout • Oversee subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics • Review and interpret construction drawings and project plans • Ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to spec • Enforce OSHA and jobsite safety standards • Coordinate with project managers and report weekly progress • Troubleshoot jobsite challenges and keep projects moving Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in commercial construction (Superintendent, General Contractor, or Project Management background) • Ability to read and interpret Architectural, Structural, and Engineering plans • Confident leader with solid communication skills • Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project • Willing to travel and work flexible schedules Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 yearly
