    DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

    • Experience as the lead project superintendent on a minimum of three projects.
    • Commitment to maintaining project safety on site with the support of the corporate safety manager while effectively coordinating subcontractor activities.
    • Proficient in developing and updating project schedules, including two-week look-ahead plans, maintained and updated by Project Management using computerized scheduling software.
    • Excellent team collaboration and communication skills to ensure project alignment.
    • OSHA 30-Hour certification and CPR certification is a plus.
    • You can travel to (or relocate) to be able to work Broward and Miami-Dade Counties or Palm Beach and Martin Counties
