Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team! In this role, you will perform residential and light commercial maintenance work that may include pipe fitting, insulating, drywall, light framing, siding, paint, finish work (vanity installations, hardware installation, etc.)

You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Significant past experience as a professional maintenance worker is highly preferred and a positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

Inspect areas to be worked on for damage or issues prior to installation

Pick up and deliver materials to job sites

Quality control inspections for subcontractor work

Quality installation for all jobs you work on

Take photos of projects and supply daily log updates within our CRM

Deliver and dump our double axle dump trailers

Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance

Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Must be qualified to perform at heights above thirty (30) feet with the use of a ladder, lift, or bucket truck boom

Ability to lift 40+ lbs on a consistent basis
