As a Construction Helper/Floater, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various tasks, ensuring the smooth completion of projects. This is a hands-on position where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to showcase your talent - 1 to 2 years of general construction experience is required for consideration.

What you’ll be doing - Job Responsibilities:
Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites.
Perform tasks independently, including carpet/duct cleaning, light demo, and insulation install/removal.
Support construction crews and complete assigned tasks on your own when needed.
Maintain clean, safe, and protected work areas throughout the day.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Clean and care for tools, equipment, and vehicles after use.
Report supply or equipment issues promptly.
Communicate with supervisors, document work, and interact professionally with customers.
Participate in the on-call rotation and update job info in company systems.
What we require of you – Must haves:
Must be able to pass background and pre-employment drug screening
Must have an Oregon Driver's License with a clean driving record
Must have basic construction knowledge + experience.
