    What you’ll be doing - Job Responsibilities:

    Operating company vehicles to travel to job sites.

    Performing tasks such as carpet and rug cleaning, duct cleaning, and final cleans.

    Performing light demolition work and installing/removing crawlspace insulation.

    Supporting the construction crews throughout all aspects of jobs.

    Ensuring work areas are protected and cleaned up daily, minimizing dust and debris.

    Following safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

    Cleaning vehicles and equipment after job completion.

    Properly handling and reporting equipment, supplies, and vehicles.

    Completing jobs according to company processes and maintaining quality control.

    Communicating with supervisors, preparing documentation, and handling customer interactions.

    Participating in on-call rotation and completing required documentation in company systems.

    What we require of you – Must haves:

    Must be able to pass background and pre-employment drug screening

    Must have an Oregon Driver's License with a clean driving record

    Must have basic construction knowledge + experience.

    Prior experience in water damage restoration is a plus.
