Diced Energy Solutions is seeking a hands-on, motivated and reliable Crew Member to join our growing team. We specialize in improving home energy efficiency through insulation, air sealing, spray foam, window upgrades, etc..

What You’ll Do:

Perform weatherization and insulation upgrades in homes

Install doors, windows, insulation, vapor barriers, and more

Seal leaks, wrap ducts and pipes, and improve ventilation

Operate blower door equipment and insulation machines

Work in crawlspaces, attics, and rooftops

Drive Box Truck

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of one or more of the following: plumbing, heating, electrical wiring, carpentry, sheetrock, spackle and installation of insulation materials

Use of hand tools and small power tools,

Basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills,

Able and willing to follow instructions

Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with clients, fellow crew members, and supervisors,

Valid, clean driver license is required.

Other Requirements:

Pre-employment background check and drug screening

Ability to lift, climb, crawl, and work in tight spaces or extreme temperatures

Essential Job Functions & Qualifications:

Previous insulation or carpentry experience preferred

Have active license with no / minimal driving infractions

Work 8:30am- 4:30,5:30pm daily and additional hours as required

Good work ethic, can-do attitude, and do the right thing even when no one is watching

Punctual arrival and departure from site

Consistent tidy appearance

Able to understand verbal and written instructions.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Able to organize assigned tasks, for completion alone or with help.

Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision.

Asbestos wall experience preferred

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Ability to enter and maneuver in crawl spaces, basements and attics as needed

Bilingual preferred but not required
