Responsibilities: • Collaborate with project managers to assess project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates. • Prepare detailed takeoffs and submissions for insurance purposes, making sure all documentation is precise and complete. • Utilize industry-standard software to compile and present estimation reports. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction materials and industry trends to ensure competitive and accurate estimates. • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing and availability information for project components.
