Your position will involve supporting our dynamic team by creating submissions, estimating costs, and providing comprehensive takeoffs for construction ventures. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of experience in construction estimation, along with exceptional communication and project management abilities. Apply now to join us! Responsibilities: • Inspect the construction site to collect the necessary client requirement information • Provide accurate and clear quantity takeoff information • Inspecting and evaluating the damage to property to determine the extent of the damage and the best course of action for repair or replacement. • Preparing detailed reports with estimates, photos of the damage, and other necessary information to submit to the insurance company. • Analyzing insurance policy coverage and terms to ensure that the damage is covered and to understand the limits of the claim. Qualifications: • Must have a minimum of one year of experience with Xactimate and Symbility. • Understanding of accounting, data and risk analysis, research methodology, and estimation metrics is vital. • Excellent project management. • Excellent time management. • Excellent communication skills are extremely necessary. • At least one year of experience in the construction industry, project estimating, or construction management is necessary
