Job Description
AECOM is seeking a candidate for the position of Construction Summer Intern II in the Transportation Department in Stevens Point, WI. Work will consist of construction inspection and administration of WisDOT and local projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating directly with contractors, team members, and the AECOM project leader.
The successful candidate will be based out of the Stevens Point office and may need to travel during the day or overnight for projects in the North Central Region. They will need to work independently and with other team members to complete quality WisDOT and local construction projects on time and within budget.
This position is expected to begin in May 2026.

Qualifications
** Must Have Skills/Experience:**
Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology – Highway Technician and must have completed at least two years of study. Candidates who have recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree and plan to continue with the Master’s degree are eligible to apply for these positions. Recent graduates must have been enrolled in their bachelor’s degree in the most recent school term with an interest in pursuing an advanced degree in the same or similar discipline at the conclusion of the internship.
Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is required.
