We’re looking for a Job File Coordinator to be the backbone of our reconstruction projects. In this role, you’ll keep jobs moving smoothly by managing the paperwork, schedules, and communication that make projects successful. You’ll support project managers, crews, and customers to ensure every file is accurate, every deadline is met, and every client feels taken care of.
What You’ll Do:
Keep job files organized, complete, and compliant with insurance and company standards
Track project milestones, change orders, permits, and authorizations
Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and vendors to keep everyone updated
Support project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and billing
Review files for accuracy and prepare them for billing and audits
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in construction, restoration, or insurance claims (preferred but not required)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Tech-savvy (comfortable with MS Office, project management tools, and ideally Xactimate)
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, in our Cliffwood, NJ office.
