Job Supervisor – Residential, Multi-Family, and Commercial Construction

Konik is partnered with a growing residential, multi-family, and commercial construction firm known for high-quality work, strong communication, and a team-first culture. They are adding a Job Supervisor to support an expanding and diverse project portfolio. This role is ideal for a hands-on field leader who thrives on-site, leads subcontractors with professionalism, and takes pride in running safe, clean, well-organized projects across multiple asset types.

As the on-site representative, you will keep projects moving, uphold quality standards, and ensure each job reflects the company’s commitment to craftsmanship, accountability, and client satisfaction.

Job Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations for residential, multi-family, and commercial projects, ensuring work aligns with plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors, monitor progress, verify milestones, and provide daily updates to the Project Manager.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and organized job site through daily safety checks, proper PPE enforcement, and immediate incident reporting.
• Complete and submit detailed daily logs, photos, and documentation through designated platform.
• Uphold a professional site environment by managing cleanliness, securing materials/equipment, and fostering strong relationships with subcontractors, inspectors, suppliers, and clients.

Job Supervisor Qualifications:

• 3+ years of field supervision experience in residential, multi-family, and/or commercial construction
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, local codes, and specifications
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Construction Online or similar job reporting software
• Leadership skills focused on accountability, teamwork, and professionalism
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
