Position Title: Construction Laborer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20 - $28 per hour DOE

Responsibilities:

As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for supporting worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This will include site preparation, material handling, and assisting skilled tradespeople.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Maintains a clean and safe working environment Experience using basic construction hand tools (nail guns, saws, etc.) Ability to operate skid steer and telehandler (preferred, not required)

Able to stay on schedule with projects, ensuring work is done in an efficient and effective manner

Willing to travel to multiple job site locations

Forward thinking, anticipating the day ahead, what tools will be needed, supplies, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic computer and phone skills Teamwork and problem-solving skills

Able to transport materials and equipment to multiple job locations

Must be willing to assist the excavation division when necessary

Maintain a positive and pleasant attitude

Job Requirements:

● Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation, residing within driving distance to Ennis and surrounding areas

● 2-3 years of construction experience is required. Specifics include basic concrete (foundations and flatwork) structural framing, siding, roofing, window/door installation, and interior finish carpentry (including cabinet installation).

● Able to push/pull 50+ pounds

● Able to perform strenuous tasks for 8+ hours a day
