Job type: Full-time Pay: Competitive hourly pay — $18 – $28

Prepare and clean job sites: remove debris, set up barriers, and maintain safe work areas.

Load/unload materials, move tools and equipment, and stage supplies for trades.

Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with demolition, framing prep, concrete work, and basic installations.

Operate basic hand and power tools safely; assist with scaffolding, shoring, and formwork as directed.

Follow safety procedures, report hazards, and help keep the site organized and clean.

Qualifications

Required

Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not required — we hire motivated people willing to learn.

Ability to perform physical work (lift 50+ lbs), stand and walk all day, and work in varied weather.

Reliable transportation to job sites and a valid driver’s license.

Strong communication and ability to follow directions; punctual and dependable.

Preferred

1–2 years on construction sites, familiarity with basic tools and safety practices.

OSHA 10 (preferred) or other safety training; experience assisting carpenters is a plus.

Schedule & compensation notes

Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-10 hour days; overtime and occasional weekend work depending on project needs.

Suggested hourly band above is competitive with local listings for entry to mid-level laborer
