About the Role:

Freedom Construction and Painting LLC is looking for a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join our growing team in Holyoke, CO. This is a hands-on opportunity to be part of a dedicated crew that takes pride in quality craftsmanship and getting the job done right. Overtime paid at time and a half. Must be willing to work some weekends.

Responsibilities:

Assist with general construction tasks including site preparation, framing, and finishing work

Support painting crews with surface prep, priming, and interior/exterior painting projects

Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment on job sites

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards

Operate basic hand tools and power tools as directed by crew leads

Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to efficient project completion

Perform demolition, cleanup, and debris removal as needed

Requirements:

Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required — willing to train the right motivated candidate

Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting 50+ lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods

Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player

Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction equipment a plus

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills on the job

Must be willing to work on roofs, ladders and man lifts

Must pass background check
