Hospital Construction Laborer

Pay Range: $22 – $25/hr DOE

Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm (Overtime frequently available)

Location: Aurora, CO 80045

Position Type: Temporary (3-month project with strong potential for extension)

How you’ll spend your time as a Hospital Construction Laborer:

• Supporting Superintendents with day-to-day jobsite needs on an active hospital campus.

• Assisting with deliveries, unloading materials, and staging supplies.

• Performing general site clean-up and organization.

• Supporting infection control procedures, which may involve repetitive, detail-focused tasks.

• Coordinating with subcontractors and trade partners on site.

• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.

• Adapting to changing daily tasks — no two days are the same.

Skills & experience we’d like you to have:

• Previous construction or jobsite experience preferred (hospital or healthcare construction a plus).

• Familiarity with or willingness to learn infection control protocols.

• Strong work ethic with the ability to listen, learn, and follow direction.

• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and attention to detail.

• Physically capable of lifting materials and being on your feet throughout the day.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not a requirement.

• Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented.
