Construction Laborer Full Time | Poulsbo, WA | $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience

Integrity Roofing & Construction is seeking motivated and dependable Construction Laborers to join our growing team. If you take pride in your work, have an eye for detail, and want to build a career in construction, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Assist with various construction tasks including roofing, siding, decking, and general carpentry

Maintain a clean and safe job site

Follow company standards for quality craftsmanship

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications

1+ year of construction experience preferred

Experience in siding, decking, or carpentry is a plus

Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow

Attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Basic set of tools preferred (assistance available for new learners)

Knowledge of L&I and OSHA safety standards
