    Legacy Outdoor Services is hiring a hardworking and reliable Laborer to assist with dirt work, landscaping, fencing, construction site clean-up, and pressure washing. This position works directly under the supervision of the Crew Lead and supports a wide range of outdoor construction and property improvement tasks. Ideal candidates are comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools, working outdoors in various conditions, and contributing to a team environment. Experience towing trailers is a strong plus. Responsibilities: • Assist with dirt work, fence building, landscaping, site clean-up, and pressure washing • Follow instructions from the Crew Lead and stay engaged in daily tasks • Use hand tools like shovels, rakes, hammers, and power tools such as drills, saws, and pressure washers • Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment at the job site • Help with setting posts, hauling materials, and basic installations • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment • Support the equipment operator with labor tasks during machine work • Tow equipment trailers if experienced and capable (not required, but preferred) • Show up on time, ready to work, and take pride in quality craftsmanship Qualifications: Requirements: • Prior experience in general labor, landscaping, or construction preferred but not required • Ability to lift heavy materials, work on your feet all day, and handle physical labor • Familiarity with using hand tools and basic power tools • Willingness to work in outdoor environments in various weather conditions • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
