Home builder seeking a General Laborer to join our team! You will be responsible for completing general construction work and clean up for homes while they are being constructed. You will also be responsible for general grounds work for our property management company when time allows. The current job sites are in Pevely, Hillsboro, and Kirkwood. Normal business hours are between 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

Complete projects and repairs in a timely fashion.

Maintain appearance of properties.

Perform routine preventive maintenance.

Grounds work.

Prepare new homes for closings.

Perform general grounds cleaning.

​Qualifications:

Must maintain a professional and courteous manner.

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Ability to handle physical workload.

Ability to handle working in all climates.

Deadline and detail-oriented.
